By using www.stratsinwinery.bg you are obliged to accept the following GENERAL TERMS, which may be updated and modified by us without notice.

By using www.stratsinwinery.bg you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

If you don’t agree with these GENERAL TERMS, you are not authorized to use this website.

These GENERAL TERMS govern the order, manner and conditions for the sale and purchase in the online store www.stratsinwinery.bg, сowned by Pomorie Ven Group Ltd. These GENERAL TERMS constitute a contract for purchase and sale between POMORIE VEN GROUP LTD and THE CUSTOMER.

POMORIE VEN GROUP LTD provides the CUSTOMER with the opportunity to purchase the goods offered in the online store by placing an order and paying the corresponding selling price, whereas the CUSTOMER is obliged to respect and abide by these GENERAL TERMS. The CUSTOMER can make valid orders for the purchase of the goods and services offered in the online store www.stratsinwinery.bg only after expressing consent with these GENERAL TERMS, by which he/she is considered to be bound by the provisions of the GENERAL TERMS and is obliged to comply with them.

POMORIE VEN GROUP LTD reserves its right to modify these GENERAL TERMS at any time without notice. In the event of any changes in these GENERAL TERMS, the Customer may state that he/she rejects the changes by sending a statement for rejection of the changes to email address shopс shop[at]stratsinwinery.bg. By receiving the express statement of rejection, it is considered that the contract for sale and purchase is terminated. The changes in the GENERAL TERMS do not affect the relations between the CUSTOMER and POMORIE VEN GROUP LTD, having arisen in connection with a validly submitted order for purchase of goods before the changes.

 

 

General provisions

According to the meaning of these GENERAL TERMS, the following terms are used with the following meanings:

Pomorie Ven Group Ltd. with headquarters and registered address: 22, Graf Ignatiev St., town of Pomorie 8200, municipality of Burgas, UIC 201190587, offers goods for sale in the online store www.stratsinwinery.bg.

www.stratsinwinery.bg is a website for online purchase and sale of goods and services, provided by Pomorie Ven Group Ltd. (referred to as STRATSINWINERY.BG for brevity).

The following is meant under “goods and services” provided by the Pomorie Ven Group Ltd.:

  • wine and spirits (alcohol) in the meaning of the Law on wine and spirits;
  • vouchers for promotions, events, tastings and shopping of goods.

Each of the listed items is described by its main characteristics and selling price.

CUSTOMER is any natural or legal person who has placed an order or registered a customer account in www.stratsinwinery.bg and agrees with these GENERAL TERMS. By placing an order the CUSTOMER – а natural person, declares and confirms that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. STRATSINWINERY.BG reserves the right to refuse an order if doubts that the CUSTOMER is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age arise.

CUSTOMER PROFILE is CUSTOMER’s data (name, surname/commercial company, address, phone nr., e-mail, UIC/BULSTAT, etc.), provided by the latter when purchasing a product or registering and stored by STRATSINWINERY.BG for the purposes of service of orders and services provided by STRATSINWINERY.BG.

By using STRATSINWINERY.BG, you state that you are responsible for the maintenance of your account and password, as well as for secure access to your computer. The customer profile is available by entering a user name and password and allows the CUSTOMER to view and edit the data entered at the registration him/herself, to have access to the data concerning all his/her orders for purchase of goods and services through www.stratsinwinery.bg, to change his/her password for access, to subscribe or decline subscription to receive STRATSINWINERY.BG’s newsletter. You are responsible for all actions, which might occur as a result of the use of your password or account.

Pomorie Ven Group Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage, arising from failure to comply with your responsibilities and obligations under these established GENERAL TERMS. In order to purchase a product or use a service, offered by STRATSINWINERY.BG, you have to register and/or provide the information requested from you. By entering any information on STRATSINWINERY.BG, you state and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You use your actual identity;
  • You have provided only correct, accurate, current and complete information;
  • You will maintain and promptly update the information you have provided in order to keep it correct, accurate, current and complete.

 

 

Purchase orders

In order to make a purchase of products and services offered by www.stratsinwinery.bg, the CUSTOMER needs to provide the required information or register (by filling in the registration form) and state consent to these GENERAL TERMS.

In the event of an order or registration, the CUSTOMER must provide the following information:

  • for natural persons – name, surname, phone nr., address and e-mail address;
  • for legal entities – commercial company, materially liable person, VAT number, phone number, address, e-mail address.

By entering any information on STRATSINWINERY.BG, you state and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • You use your actual identity;
  • You have provided only correct, accurate, current and complete information;
  • You will maintain and promptly update the information you have provided in order to keep it correct, accurate, current and complete.
  • that you agree with the General Terms of www.stratsinwinery.bg by marking the field “I read and agree with the terms of use” on finishing the order.

STRATSINWINERY.BG shall confirm the receipt of the statement of consent to these general terms by sending a message to the CUSTOMER’s email address, containing data of STRATSINWINERY.BG and the text (electronic link to the text) of these GENERAL TERMS.

 

 

Purchase ordering process

When making an order, the CUSTOMER takes the following consecutive steps:

  • Selects the products he/she wishes to buy and adds them to his/her CART by pressing the button ADD TO CART against the respective good. When the customer decides to proceed to ordering the selected products, he/she goes to his/her CART (located in the top right part of the website’s menu).

  • In his/her CART the CUSTOMER determines the type and quantity of goods (VIEW CART) and confirms the order (by pressing a virtual button CHECKOUT/PROCEED TO CHECKOUT);
  • In order to continue, the CUSTOMER registers (if a new user) or logs into his/her profile (if an existing customer) by entering information about name, surname, phone number and delivery address and presses the button CONTINUE.
  • If an existing customer, the delivery address and phone number are displayed with an option for changing the details and selecting a payment method.
  • If a new user, a form for registration by entering the required information for completion of the order (e-mail address, name, surname, phone number, delivery address) appears.
  • The CUSTOMER confirms the stated data by pressing the button CONTINUE.
  • The purchase order for goods through www.stratsinwinery.bg is considered completed after pressing the button ORDER.
  • If an incomplete, incorrect or wrong address and/or phone number is entered when making the order, the latter shall be considered invalid and no obligation for its completion arises for STRATSINWINERY.BG.

 

 

Acceptance of an order

The purchase order is accepted by STRATSINWINERY.BG by sending a message to the e-mail address of the CUSTOMER with the following contents:

  • „Your order was received and will be processed”;
  • Order number;
  • Quantity of purchased products and payment amount;
  • Payment method;
  • Delivery address and customer’s details;
  • Value of transport costs, not included in the purchase price and related to its delivery.

The order shall take effect between the parties after checking the availability of the ordered goods and after confirming its validity to the telephone number specified by the CUSTOMER or by sending a message to the CUSTOMER’s email address.

 

 

Electronic communication

When you visit www.stratsinwinery.bg, purchase goods or services, you communicate with us electronically or remotely. We will also communicate with you by email or phone call or update of the information on www.stratsinwinery.bg. By using www.stratsinwinery.bg, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other kinds of communication that we provide electronically comply with all legal requirements and that such communication is in writing.
